Capitol Direct Lending is truly a great business. I refinanced my house twice with them (to get better interest rates) and they have delivered! What really surprised me is how fast they did it. This team did wonders for our family twice. They helped us buy a home 2 years ago and also our dream home this year 4/19. Our first home we were naive and everything that the company said we believed to be true that they could offer us the best deal. This year we had a new realtor that recommended a different lender. I did not think that it was going to matter much but it did... I told Eli and his team that our interest rate was much higher for our second home but it was the best out there because of the 'market'. Eli told me not to panick because this was untrue. He spoke with me professionally and in a language I could understand. He was able to work with us to lower our interest rate and not drain our savings in the process. Special thanks to Eli and Yvonne they were able to work before and after business hours due to our busy lifestyle with two full time jobs and four kids! Love your realtor but also do your research.

A very poor experience with one of the underwriters, they kept saying our buyer was approved and just waiting for a document. A bank statement was required which was fine, they were supplied 10 months, but they needed 12. For the lack of two statements a seller lost a sale, had their property tied up for 45 days unnecessarily. Everything else had been approved. They could have told the buyer this in the beginning... Very unprofessional. We will never use these people again. If this review keeps just one person from using them as a lender, it will be worth it.
