Very unprofessional stay away these people are just completely ridiculous. The way that they run their business at this point 6 months behind schedule with no end in sight they don’t answer their phone and they try to blame things on the town as to why they can’t move forward when they don’t even show up to the town meetings so one pack turns into the other and then they blame a previous project saying that that didn’t go well, so now the towns upset with them and don’t expect to get anything out of them for earnest money because they won’t put that into the trust account at this point, they are two months behind the schedule of earnest money due to me and when they do damage to your property, good luck having them come fix it cause they won’t do that either . The initial expected timeline for closing was 9 to 12 months and now we’re going on a year and a half. So then they come to me and ask me for money off of my price and then they go to the future Tenant and ask them for more money in rent. You would think they would know these costs a little more accurately when doing their initial due diligence. If and when they do decide to show up to the meeting, it’s always a different representative. And then they are not prepared not doing things asked several months before the meeting. so two meetings ago, they skipped out and did not notify the town or the property owner. Then they went to a meeting and then skipped out on a meeting Again, not having the decency to even notify the property owner that they would not be attending.duck and dodge at every step of the process.Do not trust this group of extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate people.
