Cannon has helped my family with our personal tax return for 3 tax seasons now. They make it easy for folks to compile and submit their tax documents for tax preparation. The fees are reasonable compared to other CPAs. They're open to constructive feedback and have made improvements to their processes and communication based on the feedback that they have solicited and received from their clients. I don’t know about their accounting, but do not go to these people for tax filing-I repeat DO NOT. In 2021 we informed them beforehand we would be selling a home. At tax time we turned in our documents into their portal as instructed to do so, with a file titled “sale of home” A year passes and we are asked by Cannon about what happened to the house. I inform them we sold it and show them where we sent in the paperwork in 2021. They didn’t report the sale to the IRS, they missed it. They said we didn’t turn in the correct “paper” stating we sold the home, although real estate paperwork was turned in to their portal showing the profits and fees. Even so, isn’t this why you hire and pay a tax accountant? If I knew all the tax laws and paperwork, why would I hire someone? After they re-did my taxes, they offered no help on how to navigate the issue and the IRS. No help with the late fines and interest owed.
Totally careless, they ignored a majority of my email for weeks. Finally they sent me a certified letter saying they were ending their professional relationship with us, from my experience they’re not professionals! I had to seek tax advice elsewhere for their mistake! I would’ve been better off with Turbo Tax. Lesson learned!

We were referred by friends to Cannon Tax and Accounting this year. What a breath of fresh air. Warm, friendly, and highly skilled folks all through their office. Our return was complete just a couple weeks after submitting our information. My questions were answered succinctly and politely throughout. Their fee was less than I had paid for incompetent and slow tax prep previously. Highly recommend Cannon!
