Candace has been absolutely amazing through our buying process. We first found her because she was the first realtor to answer her phone when we were looking to buy a second home in Lake Havasu. After that phone call she sent us listings and plotted out 10 homes to see over a weekend. We found Candace randomly through googling realtors in Havasu. Literally we hit jackpot on the first roll!! Coming from out of town, we showed up and she was more than prepared with a tour of Lake Havasu riddled with stops at homes that fit within our budget and liking.
She is super professional, super prepared and super communicative. She was also willing to lets us know when not to settle. More importantly, she gave us local insight when needed.
We left Havasu empty-handed, but Candace kept grinding for us. In the end, we got a GREAT deal on an awesome house!

Candace took two "elderly gentlemen" from Wyoming and walked us, step by step, through the searching & purchase of a Wintet get away home. Most enjoyable experience I have ever had with a realtor....who now I call my friend !! If you want friendly, professional home purchase help...then Candace is your woman ! I almost didn't want the process to end.....it was that much FUN !! We met Candace the first week of February and now I am cooking steaks on the grill the first week of March !!....in my new beautiful home at View Point in Desert Hills !
