*BUYER BEWARE* this company flips house using cheap products and cutting corners on jobs. Showing staff is very rude and with snark remarks to questions. Beware the cheap renovations and corners that are cut with extra paint and spackle. House in question is 455 Pheasant LN Fairless Hills PA

This business is a joke do not go here for nothing please !! They stole our money then lied to us and act like they don’t even know what we’re talking about !! We had to go to the police and now I’m just trying to inform everyone please don’t go here they are snakes and won’t do their jobs and then just steal peoples money when they don’t have money to just give up and act pretend like we never gave them the money … and also stop helping us when there looking for a place to live after we confronted him about the missing money he told us to give him to hold the first day we met him

I had the opportunity to work with Joey and his team as I purchased our first home in January of 2016. Joey and Bob were extremely helpful and dedicated as we searched for our perfect home. They went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best deal possible. As buying a home (especially as a first time buyer) can be VERY stressful, my mind was at ease knowing that I had Joey on my side. He is extremely smart in all aspects of the business and knows the Philadelphia housing market well.
I can honestly say I felt very safe and comfortable in making these big and difficult decisions. Joey is constantly working and is always there to answer questions no matter what day of the week or time of day- I don't know when he sleeps! Joey is THE BEST and expects nothing but the best from his employees and staff. He will work non-stop for you and get you the perfect deal.
I highly recommend Canaan Realty to all of my friends and family. Thank you Joey, Kay, Bob and staff for all you've done for us!!! We will always remember your kindness, dedication and excellent work.

I don’t know why my old review dropped. If I could, I would give this Cannon Realty 0 star. The agent suggested me no need to do inspection for a re-model house, I believed him. It turns out that I pay the highest price for the worse condition re-model house. The walls are all cracking. I only moved in for one year. All this agent wants is quick settlement, quick money. He doesn’t take responsibility for what he said. I will keep post new review if my old review got deleted. I don’t want people got trapped like me!

This is beyond sad and disgusting I would never do business with this company ever again they proceed to delete comments about Ella tang and her horrible customer service. She consistently invades people’s privacy she as well failed to tell me that my property was up for sale while I was renting it out until the day it was sold. Also she kept calling my phone the day before or Of to show my apartment while I was working. The deleted another person comment on google about her as well she is terrible

Ella Thang is the worst, pettiest, most unprofessional agent i have every met. Never been to a closing with actual yelling matches taking place. Seems she doesn’t understand much English and makes transaction and communications impossible. Works a limited schedule so buyer and seller have to coordinate closing around her “monday only” attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid any and all transactions that involve Ella. Advised her client to waive inspection contingency and then almost lost him his 10k deposit over questions she should have asked before submitting an offer.
