Julie is amazing! She provides excellent customer service and timely responds to emails and calls. I've needed help on Christmas Eve before and she was right there, willing and able to help. Highly recommend!

3 weeks to get an COI because if a minor change requested for a contract. Julie did not read what the provided example said and did not forward on the initial request. It was resent over 4 times each time without the correct info by Julie and then other times , she would multiple days for follow up after being notified by that it was wrong. I lost 2 weeks of revenue and almost didn’t get the contract, because of the incompetence on Julie’s part. She offered no apology and tried to gaslight me that I’m rude and combative. I really did not want to post this and was gong to give her the benefit of the doubt it was a fluke. I get an email from her today for the COI change endorsement from October and then find out it was due Dec 20th. She forwarded an email form the carrier , that showed January 8th and it stated my policy could be canceled. When I had no notification and no mentions during the 3 weeks to get a COI that there would be a fee for it. Completely unacceptable and I have the emails documenting the timeline as well as the incompetence.
