Amazing service!! Love this place! It's quick, friendly environment. I came in today for stitches with Dr. Tony and he is just amazing! Very patient, friendly and did an amazing job! I had no pain and he has a great personality! I have had other experiences where the doctors are rushing to get you out, but that's not the case here! Not here! Not Dr.Tony. Definitely recommend it here. This is my go to for my urgent care needs for myself and my family.

DO NOT COME HERE

The wait time here is excessive and they mix up patients.

I’ve gone to this location twice for my kids but usually go to the location in Stockton.

We were in this area with a sick child so came to this location. There were only 3 other people in the waiting room. Wait was about 20 minutes which is understandable. However, once they take you back to the room, your wait can be up to an hour. It’s insane.

The same California urgent care in Stockton will have like 10 people in the waiting room and you will only wait 15 minutes then when you are out into the room, they come within about 10 minutes.

Aside from that, they completely mixed up my 2 year old son with another patient. When the provider first entered the room, she told us that our son was clean of strep, covid, and flu which confused us because they never swabbed him. When we told her that, she left the room and came back with a nurse to swab.

Later that night, I get a notification of prescriptions ready to be picked up from my pharmacy even though she didn’t prescribe anything. The prescriptions were under my son’s name. I ended up not picking them up as one was an antibiotic and the other was for asthma which my son does not have.

The next morning, i received two calls from this location but no voicemail. On the third call, I decided to pick up. The receptionist tells me that the erroneously sent the wrong prescription and to please not pick it up. I tell her that I never picked it up. She further tells me that the new doctor was looking over my son’s medical notes and noticed that the one that saw him, put the wrong notes. They asked if we could come back in so the new doctor could see him correctly. However, they told me I would still be responsible for paying another copay.

Do not come to this location as they are very unorganized

Bad experience, no changing table for baby’s. Out of two doors, one said must remain unlocked during business hours, sure enough it is locked. Cannot exit from inside building. Beside that you must have a smart phone to be seen, no smart phone no service. Mobile check in only, my wife mentioned she left her phone at home “I don’t think we will be able to see you” I understand it’s 2024 however no baby changing station on top of no service without phone and door being locked honestly bad experience.

This is one of the worst urgent cares if I can give them no stars I would. I took my mom to get tested she was not feeling well . We mentioned her ears hurt as well . She got tested and came bk with flu . BUT THE DR DID NOT COME IN AT ALL. the just told her here's your results the dr will call you and that was it. She couldn't place her concerns. So later on he did call dr Anthony Obagado. First you can't understand because he was in a hurry . No hi or anything .when asked about her ears he said just take what I sent . Didn't explain what he sent . For my mom she's paying a copay to see a dr . It's as if they only want to charge people and that's it . No proper help . They need a new dr that actually cares and is professional.

UPDATE I DID TRY CALLING AS THEY YOUR REVIEW TOLD ME AND THEY DIDNT TAKE THE CALL ...SO IDK WHATS GOING ON . YOU EVEN GAVE THE NUMBER I CALLED IT BUT THEY WOULD NOT CONNECT ME TO MANAGEMENT

I went there last thu for wheezing & asthma flare up. They gave me a shot which didn't help & they prescribed honey robitussin! Wtf? I called them the next day to ask about getting prednisone they said I had to go back. I am not going out of my way because the Dr Abu didn't prescribe the proper med (prednisone is standard for wheezing & asthma). So I ended up going to Modern Urgent Care across from Kaiser. Much better, gave me the meds I needed, already feeling better by 2nd day. Don't come here if you can help it.

Took my daughter last night, and they still didn't send any prescription. They keep lieing about it, sending me to different phamacies, but nothing there. Disgusting staff's and service. Avoid this place.

We had a horrible experience there this morning my daughter took my granddaughter in to look at a bump on her face and because she's been throwing up for a few days she's 3 weeks first I told my daughter that she wasn't covered under her insurance which she was cuz I just talked to the insurance company. They charged her $125 and then didn't listen to the baby's heart felt her stomach didn't weigh her or anything and told him that she recommends they go to the emergency room. Very unprofessional. I will be calling the insurance company to get ahold of them for a refund
