Don't force your customers into a new website that's not ready and fully functional! And please respond to customer communication, why do you even bother to have a presence on social media if you are not going to respond to customer messages

This Branch (Credit Union) is terrible. I live in Escondido and I drove to Julian for the day and my card was declined. there system flagged a charge as fraudulent the day before and canceled my card without letting me know till I drove and hour from my house to find out my card was declined when trying to make a purchase. The charge is a monthly subscription that has been on my account for over a year, so I have no idea why it was flagged to begin with. I called and after an hour of being on and off hold, everything seemed to be ok but then they asked me my account information for a second account I have with them that I have not used in years, so because I did not have that information on me they did not reactivate my card.
The next day (Friday) I went into the branch to have this corrected and the lady helping me said my card was activated again and guess what? It wasn't. Now it is Sat after hours and the only number to call for customer service that is on the back of the card is not 24 hours, regular business hours so now, I have to go back Monday morning.

Lettie membership services supervisor never got back with me after several calls from bogus interest charges and charges in credit card. Then said she had no time to explain charges. Poor customer service and letter to follow. I highly recommend Navy Federal Credit Union instead.

I have been going to this bank long before the name change. It use to be teachers bank, and I have always received excellent customer service. And if there was ever a issue, the bank will always tried to take care of it right away. They are always friendly and professional, but not in the rehearsed robot style. It’s simply good ole fashion genuine customer service skills. And that’s from all the different departments and services they offer and all the branches I’ve gone to. From San Diego to San Marcos, Escondido offices. Even my now adult son banks with them. He started his very first account with SCCU, and one of my high school son has a account with them also. So I guess you can say “We’re a SCCU family”

If you ever see a teller with the name badge Diana, step back in line and wait for another teller. She was very rude and unprofessional for a person working at a bank. She gave me false information which I got charged for the next day. On my next visit there, I decided to inform the supervisor what had happened. Instead she responed "What would you like me to do about it?". Needless to say, all I wanted was some professional help and an apology for false information given. I did NOT even ask for a reimbursement of the charges. As if the superviosor wasn't pleased enough, she even threaten us with quoting laws. Throughout this whole visit, there was no apology AT ALL. Please do yourself a favor and find another credit union that has a sense of customer service.

Amazing service! I came in right before closing too so even at the end of the day the ball was still not dropped and they all nailed it!
