Took an hour for me to set up a password with them on the phone to get on the app just so I could see my balance. And still I cannot transfer money to my bank unless I have a checking account. Otherwise I have to send a fax and they mail out a check.

I was hesitant to come to this location due to the reviews, but i gave in bc the location was convenient. John was my teller, i was extremely happy to find no line, and he was able to process my deposit with my sister credit untion branch. I will 100% return in the future to do more business here.

I have been there customer for the past 10 years now.The staff have always been so helpful and caring for me and my family always. I was looking for a home loan and getting preapproved. She made the process so helpful and easy to understand. If anyone is looking for a great, helpful, credit union look no further. Amazing service and staff.

I really enjoy going to this bank! Everyone I've ever dealt with has been very friendly and helpful with no issues. This is the only bank in my area that works with my hometown credit union and there's never any issues. They also never complain about me (to my face at least haha) always coming in to get quarters for my never ending laundry. All in all, I highly recommend 🙂

Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge in banking. Don’t open an account with them. Cost me $120.00 to close my IRA and savings. No other bank has charged me to close an account. They put my savings into a trust that did not exist. Manager needs to be educated. This is supposed to be a Christian credit union bank. Need to report them

At the branch right now, but decided to leave. I was provided with the wrong information on the phone when I called several hours ago to have the ability to do a shared branch transaction. When I called, the rep said I only needed the name and account number. I get in the branch and the slip requires the DOB as well.

So, for any other fellow credit union members attempting to do a shared branch transaction, you practically need the other member’s life information (including SS#, which wasn’t explained over the phone either).

I think this credit union may be stuck in a time warp vortex, placing it firmly in the year 1982. There are no ATMs, the website is barely functional for any sort of transactional banking, and you have to physically walk into their ONE branch in order to conduct any business (which, by the way, is only open 4.5 days per week). Heaven forbid you need banking records, for say escrow, because they only send physical copies out quarterly... other than that, they'll charge you $40 to print up a copy (which makes perfect sense, as the paper costs a fraction of a penny and their 30 seconds of labor is worth about the same). Horrible, horrible bank with little to no customer service. Avoid this place.

P.S. Just found out they've been charging us a $12 service charge everytime we make a payment on our credit card! #smh

UPDATE: Bank Manager Shalini has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. We had over $100K in this bank... took it out and moved to another finanicial institution because of her. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

The manager BEHAVIOUR is unprofessional, her conduct is as if the money there is out of HER pocket. Her tone, her word choices, her attitude is welcoming to customers. Who ever is her boss needs to remove her from customer contact and management. All the credit unions I've used in the past and presently have always had a good rapport with the customers. They are very nice, very cheerful, very helpful but not here. This lady is poisonous, she is very argumentative very abrupt she had let you speak she speaks over you she has no concern or rather you stay a customer bring customers to the business or leave she's definitely only there for a check and that's bad and in the past when I had a run-in with her I asked her for a boss her boss or manager and she told me that she doesn't have to answer anybody that she has said that they only answer to the board. Maybe that's true and maybe that's why her attitude is the way it is cuz she feels she's untouchable. Don't bother dealing with this this so-called Credit Union go to Logix go to Navy Federal go to Wescom but don't bother with these people you'll only cause yourself stress. If I can close that account and it not affect my credit I would.
