Just look at their stock price and history. This company is terribly run and their history proves it. Down 88.57% in 5 years is hard to do when literally every other company/investment group has skyrocketed. My dad invested in a fund that is down about the same as the stock price and they have excuse after excuse. Just be smart with your funds don’t invest in this company that is now banking on a pickleball facility on leased tribal land for their rebound. What a freaking joke of a company and the management is terrible. Just do your own research and you will see what I mean. Stay away is all I can say.

What a pleasant company to work with as a sub-contractor. We have done several projects together. The term "TOGETHER" is deliberately chosen to describe the process. A fantastic team, very productive and goal oriented when we worked together. Tank you Caliber Team - You rock! We are looking forward to work you again soon. - The Low-E Windows AZ Team

I’ve been an investor in Caliber for a few years, experienced in real estate investing, and found the Caliber approach to be proactive but careful, just the way I would do it. I work with Ted Aust, who is resourceful and a good communicator. I can recommend Caliber to accredited long term investors, or others seeking diversification from the public markets.

I didn't want to do this but they have failed to call or email me back despite several attempts to talk to them. Great lesson in the risk of investment. Bought pre-IPO stock in February 2021, got a notice in the beginning of 2023 that there would be a reverse stock split (approximately a 60% decrease in numbers of initial stock purchased) to accommodate their listing price goal. Kept an open mind as I now have less shares with an unknown future of stock price when we are eligible to start trading. Trading today at $2.13. Almost 50% of what was initially paid and now there are less shares with the reverse stock split.

All that is fine cause it's the risk involved with investing but what is extremely irritating is the total lack of contact on top of it. I've been trying to contact them since April 2023 about this.....

I am very pleased in how knowledgeable Caliber was when discussing my investments. In addition, they were the first to inform me of Opportunity Zones and how I may find this to be not only good for the community but also for my portfolio. I proudly recommend them to anyone; they are very trustworthy individuals.

Did a project with Caliber Co. and it went amazing!
Worked with Tina and she was very communicative and informative in what we needed to get the job done. Also worked with Gary, he was very communicative and made sure his crew and himself were meeting request and allowing the project to move in a timely manner. I'm looking forward to working with Caliber again!

If I could rate lower I would. The company is so terrible. Use another company if you are looking to rent a place. They will lie to you. You will never get your deposit back. Tina Good never responds to your calls. They over charged us and said we would be reimbursed for the late charge when we got our deposit back. There was no credit for it. They have zero communication skills. When we call to speak to her it goes to voice mail. Also this company IS NOT BBB accredited. We rented under a different company then it was switched to this sorry excuse for a company.

The worst. Don't rent from them. They never fix anything, work orders aren't even looked at for months. Eventually the vendors they would call just started giving us their cards so we could call them in the first place. We had constant problems with our online rent portal, every time I called the office I talked to a new person, none of whom ever knew what was going on. No one returns calls, we had three property managers during a year lease. Just save yourself the headache and rent from someone else.
