Rich and the team at this location are at top notch. Rich gives advice that's truly in your best interests and I really appreciated that. He was helpful in me figuring out the best course of action even if it meant going somewhere else to get the work done. I find that to be admirable. You can definitely trust these guys. Though I ultimately had to go elsewhere ( my insurance company unfortunately wouldnt pay this location ) I would definitely recommend these guys if you have any needs.

I was greeted warmly and treated very well and all repairs were done in less time than predicted and the car looks like it just came off the showroom. My rental car was there promptly and there was very little paperwork to sign. A great experience.

Caliber did a wonderful job repairing a parking space fender bender on my wife's 2018 Mazda6. Richard gave us a comprehensive explanation of the work to be done and kept us informed of the progress, as he had promised. We were extremely pleased. The car looks brand new, and the difficult paint match was perfect. We highly recommend Caliber, both for the work that they did and for the way they made sure that what could have been an uncomfortable experience was easygoing and pleasant.

It’s a Great shop, Desiree was my service writer. She did a great job keeping me informed on a weekly basis. The repair took a little bit longer than it normally would but I guess they were waiting on parts. I would recommend them as a shop and I would go back there. Clean facility and nice employees.
