Been waiting for an amended tax return from 2021 still have not got it to this day. Called the tax board and they said they never recived it. Asked her for paperwork to prove when she sent it and the only paper she could give me was from two days ago.. ...when it was supposed to be done last year.

Susana is a professional, well prepared and very organized Tax Preparer. When I called to ask information about my situation she did an overview over the phone and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived she had everything ready to go including some options about how to file my tax report. She explained all the steps and also clearify some doubts I had regarding my forms. All the entire process was less than 30 minutes But she took the time to make sure I understood everything before I left. I will definitely recommend her. If you’re looking for someone that will take the time to not just do your taxes but also to make sure you understand, she is THE ONE.
