In this incredibly difficult market, as a buyer, it is so important to have someone on your side. Working with Jim Albert was truly a 5 star experience. He fully listened to what we were looking for, respected what we were comfortable with, and took the time to explain things (sometimes multiple times!) in a way that made the whole home buying experience as painless as possible in this crazy market. Best of all, when he accompanied us on tours or open houses, he had such an eye for detail and knew exactly what he was doing when noticing things like plumbing, electrical, foundation, etc.

Never once did he pressure us or try to talk us into anything—and, if asked, he would give his honest opinion on the houses.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience was with Jim! As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and uncertainties. Jim was always happy to answer questions, provide guidance and really listened to everything we needed and wanted. I always felt confident going into any home knowing that he would look for all the important details and truly felt that he was always looking out for us. The buying process (after a pretty long search) was supposedly going to be daunting but really, he made it smooth and enjoyable for my husband and I every step of the way. I immediately liked Jim when I met him because of his easy-going personality and sense of humor, but I was truly impressed by his insight, attention to details that I didn’t even think of, and his ability to guide me through the entire process without it ever feeling rushed or forced. He was always available and prepared.

His skill was evident when I made my first offer for a home. He made sure everything was put together in just the right way to present us favorably. My offer ultimately was unsuccessful because of the nature of the current market, but the seller’s agent liked our offer, and Jim, so much, that she presented us with another option before it was even on the market.
