Katie helped my mom with the sale of her home and went above and beyond for our family! After selling a home with Katie as our agent, I can say that she made a wonderful message girl but not much more. Extremely limited knowledge as far as I could see but, as I said, very adept at simply passing along information from the buyer. Very much felt like we were out in left field as the sellers. Several times I had to call her to see what was happening with the closing papers only to find that she was 'waiting to be called back' by the title company, hence I ended up making many calls myself from my place of employment. The sale did go through, but I would very strongly recommend to anyone reading this to go with a more experienced agent. A distinctly underwhelming experience with this particular individual.
