I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bueno Insurance, and I must say that the level of service I received was incredibly disappointing. As a customer who values transparency, efficiency, and clear communication, I found my interactions with this insurance company to be subpar in every aspect.
I have completed several transactions with Bueno Insurance and was shocked when they treated me so poorly. There was a misunderstanding over whether the property being insured was a refinance or purchase, however, I provided my appraisal showing I was the owner and didn’t understand why they would assume I was purchasing a property from myself.
Moreover, the communication was horrible. They informed my escrow that they would be sending over the evidence of insurance when they had decided not to write the policy. When they discovered that the transaction was a refinance and not a purchase, they told escrow I provided false information which, to me, is a serious accusation, especially considering the information I provided clearly showed the transaction was a refinance.
Given my experience, I cannot recommend Bueno Insurance to friends, family, or colleagues seeking reliable insurance coverage with attentive customer service. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the company to reevaluate its customer service processes and strive for improvement in the future. As a consumer, I believe in holding companies to high standards, and unfortunately, Bueno Insurance fell significantly short of those expectations.
