Stopped through while driving back to Texas. This might be the best sandwich shop in Colorado (maybe Texas, too.. don’t tell anyone I said it). We had the roasted pork, Korean Philly, and club. Just perfection. Thank you!

Very few places like this anymore which is why I’m happy I found it. If you’re looking for a solid deli sandwich place with fresh ingredients the search is over. They absolutely crushed it with local ingredients. A lot of people just come in for the sandwiches and are unaware that they customize orders for meat and cheeses. Without question best price and best quality. Steve, the manager has been in the business for 30 years and truly cares about the product/service he gives to his customers. You can feel it with his passion. I’ve been going to Tony’s meat market for a while and live in the villages; yes the quality is good but you are also paying for the name (a lot). If you want care, passion, quality, and a good price, just go to B’s.

Korean Philly Steak - the best sandwich in the world! Steven is a true craftsman, who provides a consistent delicious experience. No matter if it's takeout or dine-in I can always rely on Steven. Also their Bahn-Mi is superb. Other sandwiches are worth a try as well.

Might be the best sandwich I've ever had. First time here and we will definitely be returning. The menu is so different and has so many tasty sounding options. I had the Roast Pork and my husband had the pork burnt ends. Absolutely amazing all around, customer service was great, very nice people.

After trying some of their sandwiches, this is pretty much the only place I'll be getting them from now on. This place cares about its food, and you can absolutely taste it.

I live in Colorado Springs, and will drive all the way here for their Food and Service. Steve is amazing, and the food is above and beyond best quality. Korean sub is Perfect. Also, I always grab stuff to go on their side deli display which the Beef Stroganoff is incredible. BEST OF THE BEST!!!

Expensive, but tastes good. It's underwhelming walking in just a sandwich shop really. Wouldn't call it a deli or market. Had a few things in a cold case for deli salads and a few grab n go meals, they didn't look all that appealing and were expensive for size. The "deli" meats were little more than what a convenience store may have. The meat from the "butcher" case looked out of place. And only a handful of market items and didn't flow with what else had in store.

I got the roast pork sandwich, it looked a grey mess, but had good flavor. Was small maybe 8 inches, for $15. Really shouldn't be more than $9 at most, imo. Sodas are almost $4 (bottle coke), and while I didn't get any chips, I noted they were $3-4 (2oz &4oz).

I can imagine that the prices are due to location/rent.

Sandwiches and charcuterie are sooo delicious!!! Everything was so good that I forgot to take photos! We had the hot italian sammy and it was delish and the charcuterie is well worth the price for the portions of meat/cheese. We especially loved the olive tapanade. Thank you to Steve that helped us out and made our first experience there wonderful!
