Brought in an old bike to have both wheels trued. Super fast turn around; only took a few hours only due he had a bike ahead of mine. Could of easily charged me for both and said only the front needed it. Other shops in the area also charge about twice as much too.
On top of that they stripped the cheap spray paint off and tightened all the nuts and bolts to safety standards.

I arrived in the store and explained that I didn't speak English very well and the man gave me a very hard time. The lady was nice but he didn't want to understand the problem on my bike: all I had to do was tighten the brakes with a wrench, but because it was an electric bike he didn't want to do it, so I didn't need any more knowledge to know that what I was asking him to do wasn't electric.

Fantastic and fast experience! Brought my bike in on a Monday evening for a full tune up, and got a call Tuesday afternoon that it was ready for pick-up. Very professional and communicative and knowledgeable staff. They’ll be my go-to in the neighborhood!

This place is the best in town, straight up. I brought my bike in Saturday and it needed a lot of help: hadn’t been tuned up since 2019, covered in winter street grit, shot brake pads, front wheel hub screeching like nobody’s business. I had it back in three days, shiny and running like brand new—for $112. My vintage baby is gleaming. I will absolutely be back. Thanks, guys!
