At our initial meeting, Bryan MacKenzie really listened to us and was able to understand and assess our unique situation (needing to sell a fixer-upper as a sale from trust). After that meeting, Bryan provided ongoing support to both trustees for well over a year before we signed the listing agreement. He gave us expert advice to help us meet our objectives throughout this time and had the knowledge and background to represent us in a sale from trust. We appreciated his communication style, which is friendly and low key but on point and precise at the same time. He also helped us prepare for the sale by having us write disclosures and fill out other documents ahead of time.
