Wish I could give zero stars. Amenities are laughable at the Edge property compared to what is advertised. The rooftop looks beyond beat up and this is a new property. The elevator area looks like it's still under construction. Subpar efficiency on salting their lot caused me and another tenant to slip and slide in their ice skating rink of a lot, resulting in 2 car accidents. Oh - and today they decided to change to electronic fob locks on the unit, which is awesome. IF IT WORKED!!! I came home at5pm after work with 2 kids and no way to get into my unit. Had to call maintenance after hours. No eta on when someone will come and I was told "that's the best answer I can give you." Seriously appalled at the overall negligence.

I could not recommend Stacy enough. My family needed to move to the Cleveland area in about a month. Stacy was so helpful with getting our house listed, presentable, shown, and sold quickly. He had great recommendations for a cleaner and a handyman to help us with some small things prior to listing. The photos he used for the listing were beautiful. They really made our house look fantastic. Truly, from our first meeting to closing everything was smooth. Stacy is a great communicator and fantastic at his job.
