I met with my agent Aaron around the beginning of January and from the start my experience working with him was top-notch. I love this realtor agency, I was reached out quickly from 3 different agents but so far the best deal maker is Mendel Bochorov, I am so grateful for his responsibility and commitment , his communication skills are impressive. when you request to see an apartment they’ll send you a confirmation email asking if you’re available for a day to see an apartment but the address is not disclosed until you confirm you can go and once you confirm it’s never the apartment you are interested in. i called and asked why does this happen, and the gentleman that answered told me he would remove me from being contacted all together. when in reality i just wanted to look at the apartments listed that i expressed interest in within my budget. i didn’t get the service i deserved.
