Brooks was recommended by friends and was a huge help in our inter-state house buying process. He has a great sense of the local area and different neighborhoods, and a good finger on the pulse of a swiftly moving market. He was always gracious and we never felt pressured into making decisions, and his input was always appreciated as we um-ed and ah-ed during offer and negotiation. He even offered to zoom tour houses for us when travel proved tricky, but in the end we found the perfect thing on one of our visits. Absolutely recommend him!

This is the advisor you want in your corner as you navigate the home buying process, no question. As a first time homebuyer, I was quite frankly stunned at how efficient and smooth the overall process went, thanks in no small part to Brooks’ attention to detail and follow-through. While the Columbus housing market is increasingly absurd — especially if you want to live in some of the more competitive neighborhoods like German Village, Clintonville, or Victorian Village — throughout our search process we never felt pressured to make a quick FOMO decision that was against our long-term interests, and Brooks was very helpful in pointing out the kinds of details that are important but easily missed on our (numerous) house tours. Once we found a house we were excited about, Brooks worked hard to make sure we had a competitive bid — he “plays to win.” From the moment we got into contract, he was with us every step of the way through closing, even offering to meet inspectors at the property when I was at work and couldn’t leave to be there myself. 10/10 standard of service, highly recommended.
