I stopped by today (a Thursday) around 4ish with the flat tire blues and Alex replaced the tube and had me rolling in 10 minutes for a fair price. He's knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. I'll be back.

Took the bike with a cracked rear wheel and worn out rear sprocket. Replaced wheel, sprocket and had the bike serviced in only two days. Great service completed in short time, and left bike good as new. Highly recommend and I will be returning for any future service. Has a nice dog in the store too.

I bought a tri bike off craigslist, but kept breaking spokes because I'm too heavy for 24 1.7mm spokes.

Alex rebuilt the wheel with heavier spokes in 24 hours. The price was reasonable and includes a warranty to rebuild the wheel again if I break another spoke.

The wheel is true and the tension is perfect all round. Not everyone can do this -- Alex is a craftsman.

My forty-year old Trek needed a little work to get it ready for spring rides. A new wheel, new freewheel and chain, brake work, general cleaning, oil, and grease. The Bike Doctor gave the bike triage while I waited. Repairs were completed in a couple of days. I am 100% happy with the result.

Take my bikes here for everything, fork broke and he found an affordable replacement and updated the front brake. Wrapped the bars, tune up, helps out on my fixed gear as well. Honest and straight forward

Alec went above and beyond on helping me with my Pedego Interceptor E-bike. I needed a new rear tire replaced and thought I could do it but found 6 broken spokes. Took the wheel to Alec and he respoked all the spokes and changed out the tire. I had made some mistakes on taking off the wheel and could not get it and the disc brakes fitted correctly. Took the whole bike back to Alec and he fixed everything and tuned and serviced the bike. He did me a real solid - he said “next time the bike needs anything, just bring the whole bike in. It will be less expensive for you!”
