We didn't buy a home from this company, we put an offer over a month ago on a home.. When you get a cash offer on a home you should realize the sale will be much quicker.. You seriously just sold a home that we wanted but made the deal so uncomfortable we decided not to even deal any further with your company.. I will tell everyone I know not to buy any home that attached to you... Oh fyi they held out for another $1000.00, lol fyi REALTORS ARE CAUSING THE PRICING WARS...
