Not only does he go above and beyond to make sure we have the best coverage for the best price - he makes the process as painless as possible. He is friendly and professional in all of our interactions. It’s rare to have such a positive experience when it comes to insurance... Even during the fires in California when it was difficult to find a company after getting a non-renewal notice - William made sure we had everything in place in case we needed a back up plan. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without the support of Broadway Insurance. Working with William at Broadway Insurance is very easy! He helped me to secure insurance policies while in escrow on two properties. We have Airbnb rentals and did a full renovation on our most recent purchase, so finding the appropriate policies was a bit more involved than normal. William is the best in the business, hands down. Look no further. William will find you an insurance policy with incredible attention to detail, while making it unbelievably easy on you.

We had a tricky business concept that no insurers had a "standard model" of. In a matter of hours, William has gotten back to me with a list of options, pros and cons, and his advice on what to do next. He even provided a few quoting options from the same A Rated Insurer (after we were sure we wouldn't be able to obtain one due to our business); one with exactly what we asked for, one with slightly more coverage (for safety) and one with an additional policy that we didn't even think to ask.

To top it off, these quotes were incredibly priced too. Incredible!

We engaged four other brokers, and none came close to William in expertise, advice, passion, friendliness and (mostly) price.

The difference was William actually to took the time to make sure we were covered under the circumstances we were after, instead of just throwing low ball quotes at us hoping that something would stick.

William was up again a lot of different brokers and quotes we'd received over a 3 week period (because they took so long to get back to us in time) but William met and exceeded a deadline to get this over the line, and kept me informed at every step.
