This insurance is most definitely a scam they will withdraw money for payments from your bank account and say they didn't! They set me up for cancelation though i had proof of payment and great payment history. Customer service is not helpful, unprofessional, and inadequate. I will advise saving all documentation emails, bank statements, etc, and seek legal resources if have further issues with this insurance. There are laws that protect against fraud! Go elsewhere please and do not waste your hard earned income with this place.

This is BY FAR THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY that I’ve ever encountered!!! I have FULL COVERAGE! October 1st was the accident and I spoke to my adjuster ONCE!!! I left countless emails and messages t ok the supervisor and the adjuster Elizabeth Rosales!!!! Nothing. I have 6 children and I’ve maxed out my credit card on a rental. NO ONE has helped me. This is horrible!!!!!! This is December. Still no help
