Drove 10 1/2 hours to look at the property at 8239 Hwy 47 in Shelby Alabama. Brian met my husband and I at the property. Shortly after asking him about the leak marks and what looked like huge repair marks on the ceiling he left. Said we could take our time looking around but he did not stay to help us and answer questions. He said nothing when I asked him about the yellow leak marks and said the other marks looked like the owners had moved a wall. I wanted and needed answers. Wanted to go up on the roof and into the craw space but he left. What a waist of our time! Be careful using Brian Thomas. He paints a pretty picture and was not honest in letting us know of the issues with this home.
