I am very impressed with Brian, Candace and the entire team for their knowledge and proficiency in handling all the aspects for selling a house. I didn’t realize the number of moving parts that must be coordinated to get a house on the market. Each item, the paperwork, planning, inspections, disclosures, maintenance, repairs, marketing, etc. were clearly explained and then efficiently executed.
