Chasity W and Adrienne H, they're beyond obliging and amiable! I needed to clear up a question about my bill, Adrienne H and Chasity W answered all my questions and concerns with a smile 😊. I visit Pam Martin office very cool, toffee-nosed and hostile about my question. I recommend Adrienne H and Chasity W innumerable times and I hope State Farm will bring them lunch or flowers!!! I recently experienced a shower leak on the second floor of our home. I’m now replacing my entire shower with zero assistance from State Farm. I called to speak with my local agent Brian Davidson directly during the claim process twice, he never called me back on either occasion. All of the contractors frowned once they found out I had State Farm Insurance. They have every clause you never thought of written in your policy to keep from helping you, when you need to use the insurance you depend on and pay every month. If you are going to pay for insurance you can’t use, at least find an agent that will call you back and earn his nice residual.

I've been with Brian Davidson State farm for a little over 5 years. This is been one of my most pleasant insurance experiences ever. I've never had a need that was unmet and I've always felt like I was important. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get insurance at a great value no matter what your insurance needs are.
