The Brandt Mullins team gets an A plus from me! They do for me what other realtors cannot and will not do! I have sold and bought from them for every single real estate property! They are totally honest, even if it cost them money, they always do what is best for me!!! I highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to get their property sold at the highest profit or purchasing a new property! They have done both for me ,as I am a total repeat customer!

I love these realtors! They go over and beyond what is expected. Mary and Britt took time to show me the marketing plan for our house, and answered every question we had. Aggressive, rude and unprofessional. In real estate, we call this commission breath. Doesn’t understand the word “No” and is willing to violate the “do not call registry”. After a clear stop, he then accuses me of attacking him. Narcissistic behavior at best.

Britt and Mary are amazing!
After my Mama’s passing I was left emotionally influenced and struggling with making decisions about her home. This was my first time dealing with something so big and I didn’t know what to do. I had received no less than 20 different letters and cards from realtors wanting to sell her house. The family photo on the front of the Brandt-Mullins card along with the fact that they are local made me give them a call. That was the best decision I could have ever made. They met with me the same day and walked me through the process of making some repairs and selling our home full of memories. Their main priority was making sure that I was comfortable with my choices and that I would not look back on that day and have any regrets. Their knowledge of the neighborhood, prices and possibilities exceeded my expectations which made this event stress free and seamless. We were able to get more than double was I was expecting for the house within a week! I definitely recommend them and I most certainly will use them when it is time to sell my home.
