I have always been the anti-realtor type…that is, until I met the Bradford and Udouj team. I’m an investor and flipper. Andy and Rachel have sold ALL of my houses within days.

At first I assumed luxury homes were their only expertise, but they obviously have PLENTIFUL experience in ranges of all homes. Their marketing and professionalism are unmatched. You will be talking to Fort Smith natives who are down to earth, and will tell you what other realtors won’t.

Numerous times, Rachel has (rightfully) steered me away from a home. Any other realtor would push a sale for a commission. It’s safe to say Andy and Rachel care about their client more than they do a check. She’s saved me more headaches than I can count!

There is something to be said for their longevity and wisdom as brokers in the Fort Smith market. They are the ONLY ones in this area I trust to represent my company and myself.

Honest review:

Lisa Mundai-Yeakley is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. My husband, Adam, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Lisa is hard-working, honest, and so dedicated to her clients. She is a rare jewel in today's market. Our situation was a challenge due to our being out of state, but Lisa made this daunting process so easy.

I recommended Lisa to my mother and daughter, and she was able to find them a home within their budget constraints. Lisa is very knowledgeable about the area, respectfully listens to her clients, and her only agenda is to find her client the best home within their budget.

Lisa can adapt to unexpected circumstances and is willing to go above and beyond to mitigate unexpected issues. I cannot recommend her highly enough, because she is the best!

Realtors dont called are very rude specially to hispanics. And they dont respect tenants that are in the property. Only give 30 minutes. To showed propertyvery untrustworthy. Called on closing company. On a contarct that they are not involved in. After this review. They have dont nothing but harassing the tendants. And threatening they with calling attorney. Again im a owner of this property as well tandants have paid rent way in advance. Over. 20 k. Again. Tendants are hispanics. Is very sad. That this is happening to them.

After through research, we chose to go with Monica Ibison, with Bradford & Udouj, as our listing agent. She was far and away the most professional in her initial response when we were putting our feelers for potential listing agents. Upon meeting with her, I felt that she had the perfect combination of down-to-earth presentation and professionalism, as well as behaviors that I felt indicated a high level of integrity. She knew our market well and was able to offer great insight and options. She was very prompt with feedback/inquiries at all steps of the process, and was great about responding through our preferred modes of communication. On a side note, she also had her husband (who is also a realtor and a really nice person) come to help with the set up for photos, measurements, etc. they were an awesome team and I thought it was cool to get to work with both of them, offering unique yet synergistic perspectives.
