A year and a half into being tenants with Boxwood Properties has us feeling sad to leave our rental! They have been so amazing. Their communication, response time, and friendliness matches their incredible professionalism. Our experience renting through them has been a joy through and through. Kristin, Caleb, Rylee, Katie, and everyone else that makes the ship run has been so good to me as a tenant. Anytime something needs attention I've never seen any other property managers work so fast and without hoops to actually get something fixed.

Super relational they are and overall kind hearted people. I'm glad I fell into one of their properties when I moved to nashville and needed a new place to live. It's been 3 years now and I'm staying here as long as they'll have me 😀

I was introduced to Boxwood mid purchasing our vacation rental from out of state. As a Realtor myself I understand the importance to have a team you can trust....To say I was lucky to find them is beyond an understatement! Kristin bent over backwards to help us furnish the property and find a tenant with no time wasted and even ahead of schedule. Her lease agreement was customized to our needs (within legal rules of course) and she has maintained professional communication between us and our tenants again keeping everything prompt and on time. I actually hope to purchase another rental just so that Boxwood Properties could manage it for me! If you go with Boxwood you're in fantastic hands and would not need to worry about a thing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!😍🏠

I was looking for a way of not having to worry about managing our rental property. Boxwood has taken care of everything, without missing a step! We are on our second year with them and it has been great.
Communication is clear, we have plenty of visibility on what’s going on, and we get to be 99% hands off!
Absolutely recommend checking them out, if you want to own your property but NOT having to THINK about managing it.
