Horrible service we were working with them for 3 weeks in trying to refinance our house and we were never rate locked. Then all of a sudden 3 weeks in we were informed they were merging with a co.pany called Servion and they would be taking over. They completely started over with all of our information and of course rates were way higher and prices were 4 to 5 times as high. I called to say I wanted to stay with Bourns and our initial disclosure numbers and they stated Bourns no longer does refinancing they do them through Servion now.that same day we applied through a different credit union and 2 days later we were rate locked. Do not recommend using Bourns for refinancing what so ever. They also never answer their phones.

Tiffany Hong is a true professional. I have delt with her on several occasions and has professional and prompt on every part of our loan process. We have refinanced twice and she has been the go between on both loans. We are grateful that she is employed at Bourns.
