3rd year in a row went to have taxes done here! Nothing but personal professionalism!

Called to make an appointment and Robyn asked what day and time is best for us. Wich worked perfectly being we have a crazy schedule.

To the review about the flags and signs. Shame on you. That store has nothing to do with Boughton Financial. You're talking about about keeping business and politics separate.. you just associated politics with Robyn's business.

But seriously, appointment took an hour and got us down the right path for our best refund!

I would NOT use or recommend this company, definitely do NOT pay in advance! We paid $500 in Dec of 2019 for products/services that are still not complete or delivered today (Jan 2023), except for 1 piece of the invoiced work thrown together with major error, when we began to question Robyn. She is unprofessional, dishonest, erratic and unethical.

My experience here has been nothing but dealing with a harsh, bad mannered, and overall extremely condescending person. The police even got involved (on my behalf). I desire no further contact with this place, or Robyn herself ever! Please be warned! A true professional person will not act this way! Also, extremely threatening and will unrealistically escalate situations when in the wrong!

Fast, Professional and reasonably priced. Boughton Financial Solutions prepared and filed the taxes for the estate and trust of my late father. They handled the project on short notice and turned out a very professional package. They explained (in plain English ) all the forms and answered all my questions. A very classy operation!
