Couldn't be a better Hard Money Lender out there. I'll be closing on my third and fourth loan with them later this month. Fair fees, great customer service, and a lightning fast team. I'll be their customer until they turn into a big bank, or go bust. Andrew, Vanessa, and Jennifer are the best!!

You will not go wrong using Kayla Wojcik as your lender. She not only funds the deals but is in the field walking properties, projecting rehab budgets and running comps. I am an investor and realtor and have closed multiple transactions with Kayla. Each transaction has been seamless. I have worked with other lenders that I had to call constantly to make sure we were ready to close. This is not the case with Kayla. She was always on top of the deal and I never had to worry about the transaction. Not to mention Boomerang has great loan options for investors! Overall wonderful experience and I look forward to many more transactions together!

READ your statements, READ your payoff! Gabrielle made many errors, which I can work around, she's human (although its her JOB to be accurate) she wouldn't own one piece of it. Contradicted herself multiple times. But overall was rude, short and ok with charging us thousands we didn't owe. And when first asked she argued that it wasn't on the line till we got on the phone and was like "oh, yeah it is there"

I have worked with David Nielson and David Black on several transactions and they are by far the easiest lender to work with in Phoenix! These guys rock! Kendra is super nice, and they are very easy to work with, which is SO important when running a project. Sadly they no longer lend in Kentucky or Ohio. PLEASE COME BACK! but thank you so much for the great costumer service and ease of funds. 🙂

fast transaction. easy to work with. good rates and there are human beings you can talk to who answer questions. Its not a bunch of voice mail prompts and emails. They know the area and make quick decisions. I would work with them again.
