The BEST Realtor in California!!!
Eric is a fantastic realtor who is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and awesome to work with. My husband and I had the best experience throughout the entire process of selling our house in Mountain House, CA. Eric not only took care of all our needs in getting the house ready for open house, he went above and beyond to make the house look like a dream home. He has exceptionally good judgment of what is important and what is not. We valued all his assessment and advice. Within a few weeks, we received an offer above our asking price. Eric diligently expedited and closed all the contingencies with the buyer's agent. The escrow was closed in record time. More Than Just A Realtor, Real Estates Finest Group In Tracy
Selling 7 figure homes in Tracy is not easy but with Eric and his team it was the easiest, fastest, trouble free experience we have ever had selling a piece of property. My wife and I have bought and sold many homes in many states and we have never used the same realtor twice. We always finish the transaction after having to do half the work ourselves and wonder why we paid someone a 100,000 when we did half the work and no marketing plan, horrible pictures etc. With Eric it was completely different and to be honest enjoyable. It started with a discussion on what the sale price should be followed by a marketing plan. Once we decided on a list price Eric got right to work starting with some amazing pictures and photo walk though that actually highlighted the features of our home. Then La stepped in and started coordinating appointments to show the house and did an amazing job. Eric happened to be out of state on vacation and yet stayed in touch daily with updates. We started getting offers day one and we would go through each of the offers with the pros and cons from each of them . Almost everyone that was shown the house wrote an offer telling me that they qualified the buyers rather than showing our house to every looky loo in Tracy. On Day 5 after listing we decided on an offer ( over $100,000 above ask )with the help of Eric's professional expert advice . My wife and I were out of state when the appraiser came and La made sure to come and let him in and take care of what needed to be done. I can't express enough appreciation to Eric's team. I would use Eric and his team on any and all real estate transactions. Their knowledge, honesty and expertise in real estate is second to none. The team goes above and beyond with amazing communication (even when on vacation) We knew every step of the way what was happening and when it was happening. From start to finish was about 35 days. Eric was referred to us by a neighbor who used his services for sale of his townhouse and was quite impressed with his sound advice and negotiating skills. As an experienced retired, hard to please Realtor and gen’l contractor husband, we were equally impressed with Eric’s extensive knowledge and real estate savvy. As out-of-state owners we never even had to make that trip back to CA to handle repairs and ensuing preparation to get the property ready for marketing. Eric had all the right contacts to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Even though we know that open houses don’t sell houses, but are a means for Realtors to find new clients, he did hold several of them and provided feedback from potential buyers and agents. We found Eric to be highly professional, trustworthy, in addition to being extremely accessible and responsive to every attempt to contact him. Besides, he also has a great sense of humor. That is exactly the combination of traits we look for in a Broker. And also important, he has an excellent support staff, all of whom are exceptionally friendly and efficient.

I could not recommend Eric Boehm and his team enough. What could have been a stressful time selling our home turned out to be very quick and stress free. He and his team were very good at communicating everything happening in the selling process and were easy to get ahold of when we had any questions. I highly recommend Marcella at Boehm & Associates! Marcella listed my home and it sold for $10k over asking price! Marcella was awesome to work with and she was prompt to respond to everyone's needs, including picking up the slack for the buyer's agent. She is very thorough and always follows up with everyone. My home was not an easy sell because it was purchased with a VA loan, needed repairs, and had leased solar panels, but she handled it with a positive attitude and made sure it got done within the requested 45 day escrow period. Donny Piwowarski is putting the WOW in real estate. Went on the market February 2nd and sale pending on the 8th. 3D videos and great pictures. Open house on Saturday and Sunday. Excellent handling and presentation. Coordinating all aspects the showing and sale. Office has moved to 145 West 10th Street.
