I had the absolute best insurance experience of my life and possibly one of the top five customer service experiences ever with Justin Wilson at the BCBS store. He walked us through our options, explained best and worst cases, talked about insurance with my son and explained how the system works, and provided immediate quotes. When it was time to make the selections he did it for us over the phone. He couldn't have been more helpful, congenial, or generous with his time. I highly recommend Justin and the rest of the team at the BCBS store in Hickory!

Worst customer service experience I've ever had! Employees there should be ashamed of themselves and how they speak to customers. Im changing my insurance now just because of how rude Justin was. I would leave no stars if I could. I would not recommend this location.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY! My husband and I recently had a change in insurance and were weighing out all of our options. I went into the Blue Store and was pleasantly surprised by the service I was offered. When I think about insurance companies, I think of big corporations and un-friendly staff that only wants to make a sale, not educate. My experience was opposite. Aleix was very helpful in walking me through my options, telling me meanings of insurance terminology and assisting me through the entire process (all while not making me feel pressured). I went in again, to finalize my insurance application, etc. and was greeted by Aleix and another staff member who both wanted to insure I was taken care of. Grateful for honest, helpful people who are in this business to assist others not to make the company a fast buck! Thank you BCBS Blue Store!
