Do not use this location (or H&R B) to do anything. Agents not detail oriented (and you kinda need that on taxes...) or professional.

Horrible experience. (In summary, they didn't file a business return properly and I received multiple nastygrams from CA franchise tax board because H&R Block/the agent handling the return didn't file properly). To get the problem finally resolved (because agent that filed them went on extended medical leave and didn't bother to notify me or anyone at this H&R B), I had to contact a regional manager.

The new agent they put on our account wasn't much more helpful... It took over six months to resolve this issue - should have taken half the time. Had to provide documentation to H&R B they already had - but couldn't locate - I had to constantly follow up with the new agent to get him to follow up with FTB or confirm he'd done what he was supposed to do. And when we spoke (which was frequently, weekly, to get this taken care of), I had to remind him of my name and issue almost every time.

Location and agents seem... distracted, attention scattered (well past their prime) and they require you stay on top of them or nothing gets done. Maybe spread too thin with other clients? Don't know, don't care, not my problem.

Will never even consider using or recommending H&R B again because of this experience.
