Rusty was great!

We were coming from out of state and needed a home ASAP. We also had some super specific needs that were non-negotiable. Rusty did a ton of ground work for us.... a TON. Dozens of houses later, he found us the perfect home that checked all the boxes.

He walked us through the whole home buying process, explaining different AZ codes/needs. He showed up for every inspection appointment and walk through. He even gave us suggestions on restaurants to try and shops to check out.
