Made mistakes on our return, and refused to fix it. We didn't realize she didn't know what she was doing but suspected something wasn't write, and another tax professional confirmed she didn't do it correctly. But she continued to be unwilling to fix her errors.

Myself and partners have worked with Pam for years on US and multi-state taxes for personal and business purposes. She made an error over multiple years that ended up costing us over $100k, including penalties and interest that was discovered by a taxing authority. We contacted Pam to get the situation rectified, she said she would contact her insurance company and get back to us. She never did. I tried to reach her multiple times but she's completely ignored us ever since. Shameful that someone who is supposed to be a financial fiduciary is shirking her responsibility, especially after all those years of business. We are now forced to pursue legal and regulatory remedies.
