I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. I TOTALLY AGREE with Rachael Lachance's review of this company. Here we are a week later & I still have not been contacted, I went in person, called several times & left messages without any call back. I believe the owner just responds to reviews to perform damage control, just look at how he NEVER accepts responsibility for his business not putting customers 1st. Maybe I dodged a bullet not receiving a call back, who wants to be ignored anyway?

Ok great, so now the owner request for Jonathan Hoover to reach out to him directly. Well folks I see a few problems with this request. #1 why should we contact someone who don't have the common courtesy to reach out after his company FAILED to do so in the 1st place. 2nd he should talk to his staff; like Sarah Marshall who does not return calls after a whole week & still no response. I'm sorry but any company that goes that long without a return call shouldn't be in business. & #3 JUST HOW THE HECK DO YOU CONTACT AN OWNER THAT LEAVES NO INFO WHERE TO BE REACHED ON A REVIEW PAGE TO BOOT & YOU CAN'T EVEN GET AHOLD OF ANYONE IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT THUS FAR🤣🤣? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING NOBODY THAT BUSY NOT TO GET A NEW CUSTOMER. OR SO I THOUGHT!

I deal with Stacey and I absolutely will never go anywhere else. First off I was overpaying prior to being sent here and secondly she has always jumped right on anything I need. Thankfully I’ve not had to file a claim but I always am pleased with the service!!!

Can never get a call back and they give you the run-around on your claims. Makes it hard to support local.

Update: Leave a bad review and they’ll then share your personal claim info on the internet. Great service.
