I met Bill when I reached out to him about a listing he had with an assumable loan. While that listing was already sold, we were able to locate another assumable loan home quickly. Bill was able to get my offer accepted… but as we prepared to open escrow, Rocket Mortgage told the sellers the loan was not assumable due to a technicality. The sellers were ready to cancel the transaction until Bill engaged Rocket mortgage and the VA and was able to force Rocket to honor the loan assumability. I now have a loan under 3% which will save me literally hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of the loan. My payment would literally be 1200 or more a month without the assumable loan. Not only that, the sellers also were extremely grateful as they thought the transaction was going to be cancelled. They had already moved out, were paying 2 mortgages so they were very grateful we were able to move forward thanks to Bills persistence.

In addition to refusing to take no for an answer on the assumability, I relied on Bill to be my eyes and ears on evaluating the home, as I made this purchase entirely remotely from Florida, I am extremely happy with the home and incredible rate I was able to get. After purchase, I did not relocate to San Diego from Florida for almost a month. Without being asked, Bill stopped by the home a couple days a week, bringing in the mail and send me a quick video letting me know the home was secure. During recent flooding, I was in Florida watching the news with concern and Bill was again at my home the next day making sure all was well. I cannot give a higher recommendation, Bill is knowledgeable and incredibly effective at problem solving, he has my highest recommendation. If you are looking for an agent, you will not find one better than Bill!
