AVOID! Worst lease management company I have ever dealt with. I have been in business for over 20 years and have encountered multiple management companies but this one is by far the worst one. The lady that showed us the shop promised us electricity and approved all of our ideas on the spot. After signing the lease, another person shows up and tells us something else entirely. We tried to follow all of their made up on the spot requirements but they dont allow you to work freely. One day they say one thing and then next day they try to penalize you for doing that thing. It's gotten so bad that they started to come and watch the business operate daily and scared off some of my customers even. I knew this place was crazy when they installed cameras not for safety but for monitoring and compliance of tenants.
Impossible place to work in peace. Would NOT recommend this company or anything they touch.

I was a tenant of Bianchi for a solid 3 years. My business with them was window tint. It's simple follow the rules, pay your rent on time, and do what your supposed to upon move out. Thats all they ask. They are a professional business and do everything by the book as should you. It was a nice life experience for me. Thank you Lu, Lindi, and staff.

I'll start by saying I'm not a client of this business, but let me tell you why. Not only is the owner EXTREMELT RUDE, but they are only after your money. You will not be a priority and you will be let down by the service. One of their staff members was very rude to me and I would not do business here. They have a very low rating for a reason. Do you research and find a better option to give your business!

I had an awful experience with this place.
I had signed the contract for 12 months, for Apr 3 months we didn’t have power into the warehouse, just in the office, my neighbor had the same issue, we were on the same power line. I tried to reach them out for numerous times but finally at the end they, fix it and after 1 week Lindi send me a notice that they will not renew my lease. What a coincidence?

When it got time to get my deposit, I was waiting for 3months and from 3k I got only 1k, they charged me 175$/h for cleaning and issues which they found. On top of that they misspelled my company name so I wasn’t able to cash in the check, so I had to wait more to get another check! Very very unprofessional from them.

I personally think it is a scam move from their side to charge 175$/h for their cleaning services, me as General Contractor charge 125$/h for my work as a licensed worker.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!

These are the definition of slum lords. Leased a commercial property for 2 years, took great care of the suite, and never was late on any payments. On move out there was $500 in carpet to replace that Home Depot would not even install since it is not commercial rated and a few walls to touch up. They charged me over $7,000 with a ridiculous labor rate at $175/hr. Totally unethical. DO NOT GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this place. Not only is it extremely unprofessional, but the work environment is terrible. I feel bad for anyone who has to work, or do business here. I would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself the money and time.

EDIT: This is the correct business, ignore their response. This is how they treat their customers, they won't even remember you.
