If you are searching for a real estate agent who genuinely cares and focuses on the needs of the client, I highly recommend Sonia & Bianca. I had the pleasure of working with BHAUS EIGHT and it was an amazing experience.

Both Sonia and Bianca helped me from staging to final inspection to transferring escrow, and without fail. When Sonia said we just need a couple pictures to show the house, the team brought in a professional photographer and wow the online pictures were just breathtaking, they ladies were right. Hell they're always right. In the house selling process there are several spinning plates required to be managed(last minute home inspection or feisty buyer realtor or me: should I sell or should I not) yeah that all happened and the ladies were professional and flawless in their execution.
