Bev was wonderful to work with, from our first meeting to our closing. We worked with her for over 1.5 years in a very challenging buyers market and she guided us and made us feel comfortable through her extensive knowledge of the area and market. Bev never oversold any of the properties we looked at, instead she called out the things that we should be aware of and would tell us whether or not a property would be a good fit for a family or a couple without kids.

Bev would see properties before asking us to view them so that she could vet them first which saved us a lot of time making trips back and forth from the city. She had an extensive knowledge of the school districts, which was very important to us.

We started looking for a home on our own in Marin after we relocated to San Francisco area from LA due to a change in employment. We met Beverly Shwert at an open house that she was listing, and she followed up, and we decided to use Beverly to help us with our search. We were pretty demanding (in a nice way) in our search, as we probably looked at 40-50 homes across Marin. Beverly was incredibly patient, with great local knowledge on the homes, pricing and the areas throughout Marin County - from Tiburon and Mill Valley to Kentfield, Ross, San Rafael and beyond.
