Darlene Dato On and Paolo Uno are the most professional, courteous and knowledgeable realtors in town. Darlene secured me the best lender within 10 minutes of my own credit union denying my application over not having my signed divorce decree yet. Thanks to Darlene I was able to secure a low rate loan just before the rates sky rocketed. Her negotiation skills attributed to the seller immediately accepting my offer and even on a weekend. She also ensured my home buying credit bonus transferred over to my new lender & I received credit from the seller for repairs which all together saved me ~$8k!!! Paolo made our property viewings go smoothly. They have all the connections from Home Inspectors to HVAC Techs which was extremely helpful. All questions and responses were answered immediately and I was able to communicate day or night so easily via text, email and phone. These guys are truly the best. They ensured I had everything I needed even after closing. I also received the most thoughtful house warming gifts from Darlene personally.
