Tom has been my go to realtor for a few years.. Tom not only helped me sell a house in the past, he also helped my daughter find a good home for their first house. We have just sold our home with Tom from Better Homes and Gardens as the listing agent.
He found many home comparisons that were recently sold closely matching our Deltec home which lead us to dial in on the price per square footage we could ask for our property.
Tom sent out a professional photographer who ensured that the lighting in the photos brought out the true colors and even shot awesome drone shots!
Tom promptly replied to us whether by phone, text, or email. Better Homes and Gardens will notify via text and email scheduled showings in advance so that you can stage and leave the premises.
After the contract was signed, Tom kept the process moving along smoothly until we received the proceeds from the buyer thus ending our listing agreement!

Linda Bennett was my real estate agent, and I think she did a spectacular job. We work through some very difficult circumstances and she never back down one time. My mother passed away and I was trying to sell the house as administrator of the estate and there was one sibling that refused to budge on anything. We had the good fortune to enlist the services of Better Homes and Gardens Realty Heritage in Maggie Valley, NC. One of the best decisions we have ever made. The initial contact with the office staff paved the way for a very pleasant introduction to Tom Mallette (who came highly recommended by friends in the area who benefitted from the Mallette Team’s expertise). Tom listened to our expectations, formulated a game plan, and followed through diligently on our search for that perfect home. We never suffered through an onslaught of homes that did not fit the bill…he heard every word we said. He offered advice whenever we asked for help, he educated us on the intricacies of the area, and he directed us when we needed contacts and resources when we finally found our house. He guided us through the offer negotiations and beyond to the final contract. He suffered with us and supported us when a loan process that should have been smooth sailing hit rough seas. He stayed with us through every pitfall and, when he was unable to attend our closing, offered his wife as stand-in for him to give us that much needed and appreciated moral support at the closing table. (Christine Mallette, by the way, is an absolute delight and a truly lovely person!) He gave us the full support we needed to help us survive the home buying process with confidence.
