Matt Prewett led us on a most enjoyable search for our new home. He listened and just observed our reactions to different houses and soon knew exactly what we were looking for. Matt is a true professional. He helped me and my partner find the exact home we were looking for with no unneccessary pressure and a very wide timeline. When we initially started looking I was skeptical to start because I wasn't ready to buy. Matt made it clear that he would like to start to understand what I was looking for so he could keep an eye out. So we started, around 5 months before purchasing. Matt was the opposite of pushy! He pointed out all structural flaws with any flippers we looked at and was very knowledgable in all of the work we were planning to do. He was extremely thorough through the actual purchase process and helped guide this first time homebuyer ever step of the way. He is readily available to jump on a call whenever and wherever and taking care of his clients is of the upmost importance. My fiancé and I bought our first home with Matt and Melissa and we would highly recommend them! We would not hesitate to use them again for future restate needs.
