I’m a mortgage broker and worked with Alicia and her buyer. Where do I even start , from landing the buyer a great deal on the home (price 677 , appraisal came in at 701k) to getting the sellers to pay the majority of the closing costs because of some inspection items.
That’s all great but most importantly, when the sellers were not able to meet the closing date , the deal dragged a bit , Alicia was always quick to answer my calls or return texts . Her work ethic is super high level . She truly kept this deal together and really had the buyers best interest in mind .
