I worked with Ellen Nissen. She was excellent! She helped me buy my first place. She was encouraging and got excited whenever something great happened in my journey to buying a place. Whenever there was a tough choice to make or a roadblock that happened, she was very positive and took your best interest to heart. She's someone who you would want on your team while you are purchasing your first, last and in between home!

Worked with Jerri Nelson at this office and she was awesome! Extremely prompt responses to all our questions (we had a lot!), and she set us up with an app to send us listings immediately so we had a chance on getting a home in this crazy market. Mimi showed us houses for months. Our wish list included a basement, oversized garage, and another very limiting feature. Only 20% of homes in the community we wanted had basements.
One day a listing came up that fit, but the pictures were not helpful. The place had been vacant, was overgrown, and priced to reflect it. Her Majesty (My wife) was on grandson duty in Madison, and we couldn’t get there that day. Mimi went to the house, took better pictures, and called with a description. It was a surprise because we hadn’t asked. One offer had been made, but she was able to get us in the next morning. Our offer was accepted, and we closed on a perfect fit home that appraised over purchase price. We would have missed it over a bit of pruning.
Mimi is Pleasant, Helpful, Available, and Responsive. She has the insight of an insider, and worked very hard to help us find a perfect fit.
