Ben Kahn did a fantastic job in selling our family home. We really appreciated all his help and expertise from he and his team. From the beginning of the process through to close Ben was on top of all the details in managing the process. His exemplary team made recommendations on how best to present the house and then followed through seamlessly to get the house on the market. In the end, they exceeded all expectations and the result was a very rapid sale at a superior price. It was really a first rate experience from every aspect. You cannot go wrong if you enlist Ben and his team in the important and sometimes complex sale of your home.

I've had the pleasure of working with Ben on both the buying and selling side and both were wonderful experiences. When we bought our home from him, he was very communicative and made sure to send along additional details about the home to make our move-in easier. In the midst of this challenging market, our house sold fast with multiple offers over asking. Ben and Judy took this gem of a house, honed and polished it so that it shone brightly and people came to look. They highlighted its natural beauty and its potential. They developed a marketing plan that ranged from time tested strategies of Judy hand delivering invitations for a private preview to neighbors to Ben creating a high tech video complete with drone footage which he posted on social media sites. They were personally involved in every single detail. We could not have been more impressed with their knowledge and expertise and their passion and dedication to the process of helping us sell the home we lived in for forty-four years. The outcome of their hard work was beyond our expectations on every level. There are so many more good things to say about them but perhaps it is best that you give them a call and meet them yourself.
